Adam joined Gatehouse in April 2009 after spending two and a half years working with Philip Churchill, currently our Head of Real Estate, at HDG Mansur on the HSBC Amanah Global Properties Income Fund. Prior to that Adam worked for CIT, a private equity real estate company and Bank of Scotland Joint Ventures providing debt, mezzanine and equity real estate finance. Adam’s real estate background combines experience in the office, logistics, retail, and development sectors across the UK, Europe and Asia with a solid understanding of real estate finance and Shariah compliant funds.
