Dirk Ruppert joined TMW Fondsverwaltung GmbH, a former affiliate of Pramerica, as Portfolio-Manager in 2000, where he was responsible for four different Real Estate Investment funds allocated in Europe. He managed a total of approx. € 1bn for these funds and coordinated the acquisition, the Asset-Management and the disposal for these funds. In addition, he overviewed the legal and tax set-up for the investment vehicle, determined the fund strategy and handled the client reporting.
In 2005 Dirk has been appointed to be the Managing Director of the local Pramerica office in Luxemburg and is responsible for the Portfolio-Management of the Luxembourg based funds. With his team of approximately 20 employees, he is managing several Shari’ah compliant and conventional funds invested across Europe and the MENA region with approximately € 2bn AUM.
While obtaining his degrees in Business Administration (Dipl. Kaufmann) and Real Estate Management (Immobilien Ökonom), he operated his own property management company for eight years.
