John is a partner in the London office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He leads our Real Estate Industry Practice in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. He has been with the firm for over twenty years, six of them in Russia where he led our real estate practice. He leads our practice across our various services for the real estate industry, covering four broad areas:
Product structuring and advice (real estate funds, REITs and property derivatives)
Transactions
Assurance and compliance
Operational efficiency and sustainability
His clients are real estate fund managers, real estate investment bankers and other professionals in the real estate industry. John is a leading adviser on international real estate fund structuring and has advised on the establishment of pan-European and global real estate funds and fund of funds, as well as similar funds for investment in infrastructure, hotels and other real estate operating assets.
